Excellent apartment clean and equipped with everything you need, large living area and air conditioning. Only the microwave oven is missing. Beautiful large terrace with sea view. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to external stairs or too tall people in the attic 2 bedroom.
Ottimo appartamento pulito e attrezzato di tutto il necessario, ampia zona giorno e aria condizionata. Manca solo il forno a microonde. Bellissimo ampio terrazzo con vista mare.
Non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta a causa delle scale esterne o a persone troppo alte nella 2 camera mansarda.
I stayed in the Sciacca holiday home for 20 days, I confirm the cleanliness of the house first, complete with all the necessary accessories, even an umbrella and small beach, comfortably equipped, silent, a wonderful panoramic view from our veranda overlooking the sea, very relaxing .... the hospitality of the owners, punctual in our every need, in short, excellent in every respect, I highly recommend it !!!!
Ho soggiornato nella casa vacanze di Sciacca per 20 giorni, confermo la pulizia innanzitutto della casa, completa di ogni accessorio necessario, persino ombrellone e spiaggine, comodamente attrezzata, silenziosa, una vista panoramica stupenda dalla nostra veranda sul mare, molto rilassante.... l'ospitalità dei proprietari, puntuali in ogni nostra esigenza, insomma eccellente sotto ogni aspetto, la consiglio vivamente!!!!
We spent a week in this apartment and we had a great time! The apartment is new, well maintained, clean, has a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the beautiful sea view. Excellent location, fine sandy beach within walking distance, beautiful sea with water to degrade ideal for families with small children. The apartment is located in an ideal position and allows easy access to various tourist destinations (Agrigento, Valle dei Templi, Selinunte ....). The owner is a really hospitable and helpful person. We will definitely be back.

L'appartamento è nuovo, ben curato, pulito, dispone di una terrazza che permette di godere dello spazio esterno e della splendida vista mare.
Dislocazione ottima, la spiaggia di sabbia fine raggiungibile a piedi, mare stupendo con acqua a degradare ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale e permette di raggiungere facilmente diverse mete turistiche (Agrigento, Valle dei Templi, Selinunte….). La proprietaria è una persona davvero ospitale e disponibile.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We stayed in the Villa Venezia 10 days and we were comfortable in a quiet home, equipped with everything you need and very friendly with a very nice and colorful garden from which you admired the sea. The owners Irina and Giuseppe always available with advice and information on the area. Gianna and I have vowed to repeat this holiday soon. We would also point out the kindness and willingness to prepare any culinary request of shop keepers The Sunflower villa near Venice and we thank them.
Abbiamo alloggiato nella villa Venezia 10 giorni e siamo stati a nostro agio in una abitazione tranquilla, fornita di tutto il necessario e molto accogliente con un giardino molto curato e colorato dal quale si ammirava il mare. I proprietari Irina e Giuseppe sempre disponibili con consigli e informazioni sul territorio. Ci siamo ripromessi Gianna ed io di ripetere prossimamente questa vacanza. Recommended! The owner is very friendly, available, and speaks French! The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, everything is in very good condition (faucets, shower, kitchen, air conditioning ...) It is better to provide a vehicle to go to the beach (5 mins max) and shopping (10 minutes) The view from the balcony of the first floor is beautiful: we see much of Sciacca, and of course sea! In short, we are very pleased with this property, where we spent two great weeks.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible, et parle français ! L'appartement est très propre, rénové récemment, tout est en très bon état (robinets, douche, cuisine, clim...)
Il vaut mieux prévoir un véhicule pour aller à la plage (5mn maxi) et faire les courses (10mn)
La vue depuis le balcon du 1er étage est magnifique : on voit une grande partie de Sciacca, et la mer évidemment !
Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location, ou nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines.
