Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!

The house met all my expectations. Cozy and equipped with all comforts from the washing machine to the toaster. Almost on the sea and an enviable position made my holiday unforgettable. The owners are very kind and always available. For those who have dogs it is the ideal condition.

The house has exceeded expectations! New, functional, furnished with style, complete with everything, including state-of-the-art air conditioners in the room if needed, excellent location a stone's throw from the village and the sea (the Saracen landing place is highly recommended). Large outdoor area with barbecue, sun beds, table and umbrella Special mention for Beatrice, super attentive to the needs of the guest but never intrusive. The house highly recommended

Nuova, funzionale, arredata con stile, completa di tutto, anche di condizionatori in stanza di ultima generazione qualora ce ne fosse bisogno, posizione eccellente a due passi dal paesino e dal mare ( molto consigliato l'approdo dei saraceni). We stayed with four friends at Villa Nica, a fabulous place near the sea. The villa is equipped with all services and a large outdoor area where you can relax. The owners were also very kind, hospitable and always available. It was a truly wonderful experience and we would love to return next year!

Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !

Villa Pino: the ideal home for holidays in peace and with all amenities. The house is a few meters from the sea and is part of a complex of villas in a quiet, but not isolated from Tre Fontane Triscina, very convenient for visiting the nearby archaeological sites of Selinunte and also the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Unfortunately we only stayed a week in this beautiful villa with plenty of space both inside and especially outside, where there is a nice pool (ideal x large and small). Special thanks to Professor Antonino Bono, always helpful and kind. A holiday definitely be repeated and recommended.
Villa Pino: la casa ideale per trascorrere vacanze in tranquillità e con tutti i comfort. La casa è a pochi metri dal mare e fa parte di un complesso di villette in zona tranquilla, ma non isolata tra Tre Fontane e Triscina, molto comoda per visitare i siti archeologici vicini di Selinunte e anche la Valle dei Templi di Agrigento. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una settimana in questa bellissima villa con ampi spazi sia all'interno che soprattutto all'esterno, dove c'è una bella piscina (ideale x grandi e piccoli). Un grazie particolare al Professor Bono Antonino, sempre disponibile e gentile. Una vacanza sicuramente da ripetere e da consigliare.
In May - July 2015 we were vacationing at this villa with our two little kids. Evrything was good enough. The villa is exatly as in the pictures, the discription is also correct and full.
The owner - Mr. Bono - attentive and caring person, whose English is perfect! We have spent 6 weeks in this villa, and Mr. Bono was always ready for any support we requested.
The place is excellent for families with kids. It is very quiet (except Saturdays and Sundays, when you can hear music from aquapark near by). The territory of the villa is fenced, so our kids explored it all. There is no vehicular traffic near the villa, so no danger for kids. Mainly, during the period of our stay, the temperature was comfortable both day and night, so we swiched on air conditioning only several times at the daytime. The beach is really 80 meters from the villa. There is shallow entry into the water, need to go 20-30 meters that water reaches the mid-thigh. The wave usually is not high. So it is very comfortable for little kids, they will not affraid of water.
Tre Fontane is a small town, francly speaking, - a village. There are some shops, bars, farmacy. Big supermarkets, such as Lidl and Eurspin, can be found in the suburb of another town - Campobello di Mazara. It is only 6-7 kilometers from the villa, but the only way to reach it is by the car. From my point of view, rental car is definitely needed to feel free to move around.
