The Casale is located on the rolling hills of Senigallia, in the Marche region, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes drive from the sea and the historic center of the city.
The Casale, whose original core dates back to the end of 1800, has been completely renovated maintaining its original charm, stands on the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful olive grove of a thousand trees and the valley to the sea, the enchanting view overlooks a suggestive mosaic of soft hills.
Guests have access to a 3000 m² fenced garden with centuries-old olive trees, a special bamboo garden, a children's play area, the renovated barn with barbecue and dining tables, the gym area and the brand new panoramic swimming pool with breathtaking views of the valley.
The area is excellent for relaxation, art and culture sightseeing, lovers of the sea and the beach, food and wine tastings, trekking and bike rides.
The historic center of Senigallia is 5km away (10 minutes by car), the sandy beach of Velluto di Senigallia is 5km away (10 minutes by car), the medieval village of Scapezzano is 2.5km away. The nearest airport of Ancona is 28km away (25 minutes by car).

The object of the rental is a tourist apartment located in the annex of the farmhouse. The apartment is furnished and consists of a dining-living room with kitchenette equipped with gas stove and fridge with freezer, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, double sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is located entirely on the ground floor, the rooms overlook the main front of the house with a view of the garden and towards the valley.
In addition to the internal spaces, there is an external area in front of the living room with an additional dining table. There are beds for up to 8 people.

Please note
(1) The spaces that make up the apartment described are for the exclusive use of the guests who book it, as well as the area in front of the accommodation. The swimming pool, the barbecue area, the gym area and the garden are shared with the other guests of the farmhouse and with the owners who live in the same farmhouse, there are other accommodations for rent in the same complex.
(2) The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water and gas) and final cleaning. The apartment is delivered clean. Upon departure, the kitchen must be left clean, the dishes washed and put away in order, the refrigerator emptied, the garbage thrown in the appropriate containers located at the ecological oasis of the structure respecting the separate collection.
(3) The rental price does not include (to be paid on site): linen, extra cleaning, tourist tax.
(4) Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/per person to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels and cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel, to be kept for the entire duration of the stay - change during the stay at the same price).
(5) Guests must bring their own beach towels, tablecloths, tea towels, cleaning products, detergents, sponges, toiletries, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, toilet paper, garbage bags, and anything else necessary for the management of the accommodation, in addition to the linen if not requested at the time of booking.
(6) Opening of the swimming pool and gym: from 1 May to 30 September (weather permitting). Opening hours from 9:00 to 20:00.
(7) For the safety of guests, the entrances to the accommodations and shared areas are video-monitored in compliance with current legislation.
(8) Entry is subject to the signing of the Privacy Policy by the guest making the reservation and the Liability Release by each adult guest.
(9) The owners speak Italian, English and Chinese.

ARRIVAL TIME
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We do not have staff available to welcome you at all hours, therefore to best organize your arrival it is essential to send the estimated arrival time the day before. Going to the property without having advised of the arrival time, or arriving early/late can cause long waits.
Are you late? Let us know! Are you arriving before the agreed time? Entry will still take place at the agreed arrival time.
To speed up the check-in process, we invite you to send the identity documents of all guests, or the Guest Registration Form filled out with the data of all guests, at least 24 hours before check-in.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
200 euros to be paid in cash at check-in. It serves as a guarantee for the furniture and equipment provided. After inspection of the rental object, the amount will be returned, provided that no damage caused by the tenant to the rental object or its inventory has been found.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged.
PETS
Not allowed. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged.
RESPECT FOR SILENCE
From 22:00 to 8:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00, maximum silence is required. Hearing aids must be kept at a low volume. Behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that disturb other guests must be avoided at any time.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
1 euro per person per day, to be paid in cash at check-in (excluding minors under 15 years of age).
DEPARTURE
Check-out must be strictly by 10:00. Upon departure, the kitchen must be left clean, dishes washed and put away in order, the refrigerator emptied, rubbish thrown into the appropriate containers located at the ecological oasis of the structure respecting the separate collection.

Orario Arrivo
Il check-in e' dalle 16:00 alle 19:00. Non abbiamo personale disponibile per l'accoglienza a tutte le ore pertanto per organizzare al meglio l'arrivo è indispensabile inviare il giorno prima l'orario presunto di arrivo. Recarsi alla struttura senza aver avvisato circa l'orario d'arrivo, o arrivare in anticipo/ritardo può causare lunghe attese.

Per velocizzare la procedura di check-in invitiamo a inviare i documenti d'identità di tutti gli ospiti, o il Modulo di Registrazione Ospiti compilato con i dati di tutti gli ospiti, almeno 24 ore prima del check-in.
Cauzione Danni
200 euro da pagare in contanti al check-in. Serve come garanzia per i mobili e le attrezzature fornite. Dopo l'ispezione dell'oggetto dell'affitto, l'importo verrà restituito, a condizione che non siano stati riscontrati danni causati dall'inquilino all'oggetto dell'affitto o al suo inventario.

Rispetto Del Silenzio
Dallealle 8.00 e dallealle 15.00 è richiesto il massimo silenzio. Gli apparecchi acustici devono essere tenuti a basso volume. A qualunque ora devono essere evitati comportamenti, attività, giochi e uso di apparecchiature che provochino disturbo agli altri ospiti.
Tassa Soggiorno Comunale
1 euro a persona al giorno, da versare in contanti al check-in (esclusi minori di età inferiore ai 15 anni).
Partenza
Check-out rigorosamente entro le 10:00. Al momento della partenza, la cucina va lasciata pulita, le stoviglie lavate e riposte in ordine, il frigorifero svuotato, la spazzatura gettata negli appositi contenitori situati presso l'oasi ecologica della struttura rispettando la raccolta differenziata.
