Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 140 square meters, spread across two levels. The villa has a simple and practical design with a large living/dining room that features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, along with air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. There is a kitchenette equipped with four hot plates, an oven, and a microwave, as well as a dining table.
Amenities Included
The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and one of the double bedrooms. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, and there is also an iron and a hair dryer. For entertainment, you will have access to a TV (flat screen) in the living/dining room. The villa can accommodate up to six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the other is on the upper floor. Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st. Outdoor amenities include a balcony with furniture, a barbecue area, and reserved parking for up to two cars. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

The villa offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The balcony area is divided into two sections, with one facing east (14 square meters) and the other facing west (5 square meters). The villa is equipped with internet access (WiFi) and can accommodate a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (subject to an additional fee). The villa is ideal for a vacation, providing comfortable accommodations and a range of amenities to enhance your stay.
