This apartment is very nice. It is near the best beach. The apartment was fully equipped and it was clean. Mrs Marchella (Frederico's mum) is very good women. She prepared fresh lemons and fresh basil in the fridge. Apartment has got nice garden with olive tree, lemon tree and flowers. Your car you can park in the garden. We used the grill and outdoor kitchen too. We spent a lovely time here. This apartment is suitable for families with children. Thank you very much for beautiful holiday. See you next time.
Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.

Exceptional and well-kept villa, all comforts are present. The owner is a friendly person and available for everything. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 1 minute, there is sand and the seabed slopes gradually. The sea is always transparent. Probably the best holiday rental I have rented in 20 years of summer holidays.

La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 1 minuto, vi è la sabbia ed il fondale scende gradualmente. Il mare sempre trasparente. Probabilmente la migliore locazione per le vacanze affittata in 20 anni di vacanze estive.
I have been spending holidays in this splendid villa with my family for 2 years now. Equipped with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. It enjoys very large and well-organised rooms, surrounded by a splendid garden with parking, all this just a few meters from the beach! The kindness, availability and efficiency of the owners of the house are the maximum in hospitality and service. Excellent!!!!

Dotata di ogni comfort e un impeccabile pulizia. Gode di camere molto ampie e ben organizzate , circondate da uno splendido giardino con parcheggio, tutto questo a pochi metri dalla spiaggia!

Very nice and welcoming house... it exceeded expectations! Salvatore, Beatrice and Davide were really kind and attentive to detail. Those little things that make you feel pampered and "at home"! We absolutely recommend it!

Villa Caterina is surrounded by a garden, including a fragrant jasmine, which protects privacy and makes you feel as if you are immersed in nature. The house is equipped with everything you need, even more. The owners are kind, helpful and welcoming people. You can reach Guidaloca beach on foot as it is nearby. Another positive aspect is that the car is parked inside the property. Highly recommended.
Villa Caterina è circondata da un giardino, tra cui un gelsomino profumato, che protegge la privacy e ti fa sentire come se fossi immerso nella natura. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che si ha bisogno , anche di più. I proprietari sono persone gentili, disponibili ed accoglienti. Si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Guidaloca a piedi poiché è vicina. Un altro aspetto positivo è che l'auto è parcheggiata all'interno della proprietà. Consigliatissima.
Very clean and very pleasant house. Quiet and yet close to the sea. The swimming pool is perfectly maintained. The welcome given by Marina is very warm and she makes herself available for any questions or needs. I recommend this rental without any hesitation.

We spend one week in Serena's home in Ciceratta. It was perfect. It's a quiet place right on the sea. Beach is 2 min walking. You are fot far from Avola, Noto, Fontane Bianche... The house got everything you need and Serena is very helpful. We recommend very much and might come back one day.
I would definitely recommend the accommodation. Paolo is very kind, gave us advice and is always there when you need something. The garden is a perfect retreat and has a very nice, shaded seating area. The house is 5 minutes from cafes and restaurants. They were very successful holidays thanks Paolo, we will be happy to return.
Raccomanderei sicuramente l'alloggio. Paolo è molto gentile, ci ha dato consigli ed è sempre presente quando hai bisogno di qualcosa. Il giardino è un rifugio perfetto e ha un'area salotto molto bella e ombreggiata. La casa è a 5 minuti da caffè e ristoranti. Erano vacanze molto riuscite grazie Paolo, saremo felici di tornare.

We have enjoyed excellent holidays at Villa Caterina in Scopello! The house is perfect, very well equipped, with also the equipment for the beach, a very beautiful garden and a very pleasant terrace with barbecue, and a very pleasant outdoor shower. It is located 150 m from the beautiful beach of Guidaloca. The house is in a very calm neighborhood, with a large parking lot in the garden. There are several sites to visit (Erice, Segeste, ...). The village of Scopello is very happy and has many charming restaurants. You also have everything you need in commerce, boulangerie, classic supermarkets, another specialty in local products and also in agrotourism stores. Our avons spent an excellent week and our avons were very well cared for by our hostess Marcella and their husbands.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa Caterina à Scopello! La maison était parfaite, très bien équipée, avec aussi des équipements pour la plage, un très beau jardin et une terrasse très agréable avec barbecue, et une douche extérieure très agréable.
Elle est située à 150 m de la belle plage de Guidaloca . La maison est dans un quartier très calme, avec un grand parking dans le jardin. Elle est proche de nombreux sites de visite (Erice, Segeste, ...). Le village de Scopello est très joli et on y trouve de nombreux restaurants charmants. Il y a aussi tout ce qu'il faut en commerce, boulangerie, supermarché classique, un autre spécialisé dans les produits locaux et aussi des magasins d'agrotourisme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôtesse Marcella et son mari.
