Welcome to Chamberí Scene! This charming two-bedroom apartment (1000 sqft/93 sqm) is located in the tranquil Madrileño neighborhood of Arapiles, within the vibrant Chamberí district. Enjoy a local experience with immediate access to delightful attractions, including the Sorolla Museum, Chamberí Market, and Chamberí Square. The apartment boasts high ceilings and cozy furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for your stay.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a hallway with doors to the 2 bedrooms. The spacious master comes with a double bed, generous wardrobe, and drawers for personal belongings. The second bedroom features a trundle bed (2 single beds) and a small balcony. The two bedrooms share a large family bathroom with a sizable walk-in shower, toilet, and sink area. Leading on from the bedrooms and bathroom, at the end of the hall you will find the fully equipped kitchen offering all modern appliances such as oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen opens to a spacious living room with a dining table and seating for 6 guests. The cozy living space comes with a comfy sofa, a large armchair, and a flat-screen TV, as well as 2 two fantastic balconies to take in some fresh air and enjoy a view of the neighborhood. The unit counts with a washing machine.

IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.

Chamberi is a quintessential Madrileño neighbourhood. It's full of life, extremely walkable and a place where you can get to just about anywhere in the city comfortably. The neighbourhood is full of traditional, small shops and typical tapas restaurants where locals gather. All you need for shopping, eating out and groceries.

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Quevedo (L1)
