This bright and cozy 45m² flat is located in the Delicias neighborhood in Madrid.

The flat is located 18 minutes by metro from Callao, the city center. The closest stop is Delicias, just a 7-minute walk from the door of the apartment. The Prado Museum and Atocha train stations are just a 15-minute walk from the flat.

With a capacity for up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

In a completely refurbished building, very quiet and with a lift, you will find my flat.

As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces:

- A living room area with a sofa bed (110x200) and Smart TV.
- A dining area with a table for 4 people
- An independent and fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- 1 bathroom with shower

The flat has air conditioning inside the sleeping room, which will be enough to cool the rest of the rooms.

It is a warm and cosy space, well-used and orientated to provide you with the best stay for a maximum of 3 guests.

The flat is very luminous, it has been totally conditioned, decorated and furnished in a modern style with the intention to offer you a pleasant stay and to make you feel at home.

ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire property.

INCLUDED
I will provide for your stay, hand and shower towels, bed linen, hand soap, shower and shampoo.
I'll leave you coffee, tea and infusions for breakfast and for the film buffs, some corn and a popcorn machine.
You will also find oil, salt, pepper and sugar for different uses in the kitchen.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
The house has gas heating for the winter and split air-conditioning for the summer which will work for the whole house.

HOT WATER
The hot water is provided by a gas boiler.

PARKING
Parking in the area is only allowed for 2 hours (green lines) or 4 hours (blue lines).
The timetables of the parking lines are as follows.

GREEN LINES: Monday to Friday, not public holidays: from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Saturdays: from 9 am to 3 pm. August (Monday to Saturday, not public holidays): from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 24 and 31 December: from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

BLUE LINES: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays: 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. Saturdays: from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The month of August (Monday to Saturday, not public holidays): from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Nearby closed car park: You will find a closed paying car park called Parking Delicias 24H - at Paseo de las Delicias, 82, 28045 Madrid.

Delicias is famous for its quiet atmosphere and its proximity to parks and green spaces. Within walking distance is Madrid Rio, a beautiful park along the Manzanares River, ideal for relaxing, playing sports and enjoying nature.

You can also visit the Enrique Tierno Galván Park, a green oasis with large gardens, picnic areas and a planetarium where you can explore the universe.

In addition, you will be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and local shops where you can savour Madrid's gastronomy and discover unique products.

If you are passionate about culture, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía or the Museo del Prado, one of the most important art museums in Madrid, are within walking distance of the accommodation.

To get around the charming neighbourhood of Delicias and reach the centre of Madrid, you have several transport options available.

Within walking distance of the accommodation, you will find metro stations and bus stops that will connect you to different parts of the city.

METRO
The metro is an excellent option for getting around quickly and conveniently, with the Delicias station (Line 3) located a 7min (550m) walk from the flat.

BUS
In addition, there are several bus lines (lines 8, 19, 45, 47, and 59) that will allow you to explore different areas of Madrid.

BIKE
If you prefer to get around by bicycle, you can use the city's public bicycle rental system, known as BiciMAD. You can also opt for transport services such as taxis or ridesharing apps.

PARKING
As for parking, be aware that in central Madrid and in many residential neighbourhoods such as Delicias, on-street parking may be limited and subject to specific regulations. We recommend using nearby public car parks, such as Parking Delicias 24H at Paseo de las Delicias, 82, 28045 Madrid, which offers safe and convenient parking options. In addition, it is important to be aware of parking regulations and restricted areas, especially if you wish to park on the street. Remember that in certain areas it is mandatory to park in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.

SUPERMARKETS
- Carrefour Market is located at Calle de Bolivar, 15. 9 minutes walk (750m).
- Lidl is on Calle de Ancora, 3. 12 minutes walk from the flat.
- BM Supermarket on Paseo de las Delicias, 92, is a 3 minute walk from the property.

For guests with a baby who require a cot and bed linen, an extra charge of €25 will be required. I apologize if this cost does not appear at the time of booking, but this is because Airbnb does not offer the option of extra cost per baby as well as it does for extra adult/child guests.

If the arrival time will be after midnight, please read carefully the house rules to be coordinated :)

For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers for the legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through an online registration.

Failure to provide the requested data before arrival will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
