The town of Surgères is a very dynamic small town (we were present during the "Brass Festival " in July) and ideally located for visiting the region (Poitevin marshes, tourist sites, La Rochelle, the islands ...).

Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, and gave us good advice.
As for the house, it is particularly pleasant and offers great comfort (3 bathrooms, recent bedding, beautiful living rooms, choice of books, etc.). And a very pretty well planted garden.
We did not take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool due to the period of our stay but it is large and seems very pleasant, in a garden with shaded parts and enjoys the sun all day.
The town of Surgères is a very dynamic town and ideally located for visiting the region (Poitevin marshes, tourist sites, La Rochelle, Île de Ré and Oléron, Aix and Fort Boyard!).
Its location allows you to be equidistant from these different places and what a pleasure to find ourselves calm in the evening in this little haven of peace!
