The pool is a two-minute walk away and is not in the accommodation, but is a great place to spend a nice holiday. Silvina, the host, was very attentive. Totally recommendable and reliable.

Apartment with everything you need for your stay, clean, good location, good welcome. This month, despite being located in a lively area, the noise was acceptable. The only drawback is the smells and fumes from the restaurant's grill underneath, bearable with the windows closed.
Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário para a estadia, limpo, boa localisação, bom acolhimento. Neste mês, apesar de localisado numa zona animada, o ruido foi aceitável. O unico inconveniente é os cheiros e fumos do assador do restaurante que se encontra por baixo do mesmo, suportável com as janelas fechadas.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a semana de férias que passei no apartamento do Sr João com a minha família, o apartamento tem excelentes condições, o Sr João foi uma pessoa da maior simpatia, confiança, realmente é de salientar muito pela positiva ainda termos o privilégio nos tempos de hoje, lidarmos com pessoas de bem e com uma absoluta seriedade como o Sr João, o apartamento tem uma localização de excelência, muito perto da praia e com uma vista soberba, uma palavra também de apreço ao Sr Bonau ( pessoa que coordena e supervisiona a limpeza do apartamento, e as entradas e saídas dos períodos de aluguer), certamente irei voltar a fazer férias aqui , com os melhores cumprimentos.

Very pleased with the rented building: spacious back deck very nice, well equipped, clean on arrival. The owners are attentive and help tenants when needed. The villa is located two minutes from Cabanas. The area is worth a visit: beautiful cities, beautiful beaches and a lot of friendly restaurants offering good food, attractive interior. In short, an experience again.
Très satisfait du bâtiment loué: spacieux, terrasse arrière très agréable, bien équipé, propre à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et aide les locataires en cas de besoin.
La villa est située à deux minutes de Cabanas. La région vaut la peine d'être visitée :belles villes, belles plages et pas mal de restaurants très accueillants proposant une très bonne cuisine, arrière-pays séduisant. Bref, une expérience à refaire.

The location is quite spacious and well laid out The owners picked me up at the train station and very kindly took me around the town, showing me all the places to know. In this period, few tourists again, I enjoyed the setting and its inhabitants. For transport, a train makes all the odds from east to west but beware schedules. So I recommend for stay enjoyable.
La location est assez spacieuse et bien agencée
Les propriétaires sont venus me chercher à la gare et très gentiment m'ont emmené faire un tour du village en me montrant tous les endroits à connaitre.
En cette période, peu de touristes encore, j'ai pu apprécier le cadre et ses habitants.
Pour les transports, un train fait toute la cote d'est en ouest mais attention aux horaires.
Donc je recommande car séjour fort agréable.

We really liked the location of the house, which is extremely close to the beach and relatively close to the center of Manta Rota.
