Taxes of City tax 1 EUR Per person / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
The house boasts a small back garden with an outdoor dining area, a living room furnished with a wall unit and TV, a kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and a dining area with wooden tables and chairs.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds and a living room with a foldable single bed. The house also has an air conditioner installed in the dining room, an outdoor shower and a bathroom with bidet and shower.
The house is 350 meters from the Pizzeria Il Vagabondo and 500 meters from the renowned Gelateria Dentoni located on the seafront of the small and charming Salento tourist resort.
A private parking is available inside the structure. The measurements of the parking space are 6.10 meters in length and 4.30 meters in width.
The Teoma holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people, is located in via San Tommaso in San Foca and is only 350 meters from the sea and the main and largest sandy beach of the town. The bathing establishment closest to the house is the Lido L'isola dei Briganti.

Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
Animali Domestici
La presenza di animali domestici piccoli o di medie dimensioni è ammessa nella casa vacanza, in fase di accordo, però, occorre farlo presente.
Le dimensioni vanno comunicate per una valutazione caso per caso da parte della nostra amministrazione, anche relativamente al numero di animali al seguito, che, in genere, non può essere superiore a due.
In ogni caso è previsto il pagamento di una somma extra per i costi da sostenere per una più profonda ed accurata pulizia alla fine del periodo di soggiorno. Tale somma è variabile, a partire da un minimo di € 100,00 (da intendere per l'intero periodo e non a settimana). In genere la cauzione è richiesta in presenza di animali domestici il cui peso supera gli 8 kg, e/o quando, trattandosi di cane, la razza è tale da ritenere opportuno richiedere tale somma a titolo cautelativo.
