On the outskirts of the village San Foca, in a quiet residential area, this holiday home is only a few meters from the beach and consists of 2 holiday apartments. The accommodation Ll17 extends over the 1st floor and has a living room with a sofa bed, a cosy fireplace and an adjoining, spacious and well-equipped kitchen. It also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one of which is extendable) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Outside there is a spacious, furnished terrace for relaxing hours under the warm sun. Start the day with a hot cup of coffee, enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. A supermarket is 900 m or a 12 minutes' walk away and several restaurants, bars and cafés are just 450 m or 6 minutes from the property. The 2 sandy beaches of Lido L'isola Briganti and Spiaggia San Foca are, respectively, 750 m away (or a 10 minutes' walk) and 450 m away (or a 6 minutes' walk). Animali Domestici
La presenza di animali domestici piccoli o di medie dimensioni è ammessa nella casa vacanza, in fase di accordo, però, occorre farlo presente.
Le dimensioni vanno comunicate per una valutazione caso per caso da parte della nostra amministrazione, anche relativamente al numero di animali al seguito, che, in genere, non può essere superiore a due.
In ogni caso è previsto il pagamento di una somma extra per i costi da sostenere per una più profonda ed accurata pulizia alla fine del periodo di soggiorno. Tale somma è variabile, a partire da un minimo di € 100,00 (da intendere per l'intero periodo e non a settimana). In genere la cauzione è richiesta in presenza di animali domestici il cui peso supera gli 8 kg, e/o quando, trattandosi di cane, la razza è tale da ritenere opportuno richiedere tale somma a titolo cautelativo.
