The apartment is very well maintained and clean. A kitchen for self-catering, a shower and a toilet is available. The place is quiet and beautiful and invites you to stay. The nearby pebble beach (Lago di Garda) is clean and well maintained. Overall we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the extremely hospitable and knowledgeable owners/guests of the apartment. We will probably come back again.
L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto e pulito. È disponibile una cucina per il self-catering, una doccia e un WC. Il luogo è tranquillo e bello e invita a rimanere. La vicina spiaggia di ghiaia (Lago di Garda) è pulita e ben tenuta. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa.

The house was very welcoming and well cleaned. We were immediately at ease. The kind one Signora Marina did her best to make us understand how and where because we were Okandese without a word of Italian but she was very patient to inform us all that is needed for a worry free vacation! Also in the surroundings of the house we found a splendid nature to make magnificent walks we enjoyed a lot the beach on Lake Garda which was very close to the house. In one word: SUPER and recommendable for everyone who likes pleasant holidays.

signora Marina faceva del suo meglio di far capire a noi come e dove perché eravamo Okandesi senza una parola italiana ma aveva molto pazienza di informarci tutto quello che è bisogno per una vacanza senza preoccupazioni! Anche nei dintorni della casa abbiamo trovato una natura splendida per fare le passeggiate magnifiche ci siamo goduti molto della spiaggia al lago di Garda che era vicinissima alla casa. In una parola: SUPER e raccomondabile a tutti che amano le vacanze piacevoli.
We felt very comfortable. There is a bar in the house. If you want to have it totally quiet unfavorable. It did not bother us. Lake Garda is within walking distance. Car can be parked in the property, which is not very big, but enough. We will definitely be back.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Haus befindet sich eine Bar. Wer es total leise haben will ungünstig. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Gardasee ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto kann im Grundstück geparkt werden, welches nicht sehr groß ist, aber reicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We particularly enjoyed this property: location, very quiet, the lake view which corresponded to photos, the terrace, the interior of the apartment, very clean, very well equipped and tasteful, and the storage space the provision of a garage. Not to mention the warm welcome from Marina and her family and availability. All this has made our stay in this beautiful lovely area.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette location : la situation, très calme, la vue sur le lac qui correspondait bien aux photos, la terrasse, l'intérieur de l'appartement, très propre, très bien équipé et de bon goût, les nombreux rangements et la mise à disposition d'un garage. Sans oublier le chaleureux accueil de Marina et de sa famille et leur disponibilité. Tous ces éléments ont rendu notre séjour dans cette belle région très agréable.
Just arrived we felt at home immediately. On the table, Mrs. Rosanna and her husband John, they did find a gift from us very welcome indeed! We spent 10 days in quiet, in a beautiful area and in a home just as beautiful! In fact, our intention is to come back as soon as possible. The really recommend!

The holiday accommodation was completely satisfactory, we had enough space for 9 people. The pool was used every day :-) We had a wonderful holiday there. You can reach everything you need on foot, groceries even on Sunday :-) and there are also restaurants just around the corner. We fell in love with Garda, it has everything you need. There we took the ferry, visited Limone and even went motorboating ourselves. Also recommended at night, very romantic. We will definitely come back here, the hosts were available at all times, always very friendly and accommodating, you could ask anything at any time, we were always helped. Super nice people. Die Ferienunterkunft war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, wir hatten genug Platz mit 9 Personen. Der Pool würde täglich genutzt:-) Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Mann kann zu Fuß alles erreichen was man braucht Lebensmittel sogar am Sonntag :-) und auch Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.
Verliebt haben wir uns in Garda, da gibt es alles was man braucht.
Dort sind wir mit der Fähre gefahren, haben Limone besucht und sind auch selber Motorboot gefahren.
Empfehlenswert auch bei Nacht, sehr romantisch.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder hierher, die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man konnte alles und jederzeit fragen, uns wurde immer weitergeholfen. Super nette Menschen.

A really excellent house. It is a large apartment in the lower part of the house and additional beds in the pool house. There is a toilet and shower in the main house and a second toilet and shower in a separate garden house. All the rooms were clean, the bed linen was freshly washed and the sanitary facilities were also clean and provided with plenty of fresh towels. The highlight, however, is the large and clean pool. The beaches on Lake Garda are not always easy to reach and having your own pool is unbeatable when the weather is good. The hosts are really extraordinarily nice and the formalities beforehand were also dealt with very easily. Monica and Federico always responded to questions promptly. By the way, the house now also has WiFi, which is not mentioned in the description. There is also a Famila nearby where you can get everything you need. It was the perfect house for us for trips to Gardaland, Verona or Venice and the entire east side of Lake Garda. I can absolutely recommend this house and when we go to Lake GardaIf we return, this will be our first port of call again. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable for me. Ein ganz ausgezeichnetes Haus. Es handelt sich dabei um eine große Wohnung im unteren Teil des Hauses und zusätzliche Betten im Poolhaus. Eine Toilette und Dusche befinden sich im Haupthaus und eine zweite Toilette und Dusche befinden sich in einem separaten Gartenhäuschen. Alle Zimmer waren sauber, die Bettwäsche frisch gewaschen und auch die sanitären Räume waren sauber und mit reichlich frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet.
Das Highlight ist aber der große und saubere Pool. Die Strände am Gardasee sind nicht immer einfach zu erreichen und da ist ein eigener Pool bei gutem Wetter unschlagbar.
Die Gastgeber sind wirklich außerordentlich nett und auch die Formalitäten im Vorfeld wurden ganz unkompliziert geklärt. Auf Fragen haben Monica und Federico sich immer kurzfristig zurückgemeldet.
Das Haus verfügt übrigens mittlerweile auch über WLAN, was nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben ist.
In der Nähe ist auch ein Famila, bei dem man alles wichtige bekommt.
Für Ausflüge ins Gardaland, nach Verona oder auch nach Venedig und die gesamte Ostseite des Gardasees war es für uns das perfekte Haus.
Ich kann dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und wenn wir an den Gardasee zurückkehren, wird das wieder unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich unschlagbar.

Very warm welcome by the owner, the accommodation conforms to the description of the ad. We found everything we needed to live there for a week as a family with 3 children. Calm and serenity await you. The view of the lake is magnificent. Having a vehicle is necessary to visit the surrounding area. I recommend this accommodation.
Très bel accueil par le propriétaire, le logement est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour y vivre pendant une semaine en famille avec 3 enfants. Le calme et la sérénité sont au rendez vous.
La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Avoir un véhicule est nécessaire pour aller visiter les alentours.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. The house is very well equipped, well maintained and the pool big enough to swim and play. We were very well received by the owners who were very warm and very attentive. The location is also very convenient for going out to Bardolino.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont été très chaleureux et très prévenants. L'emplacement est aussi très pratique pour sortir à Bardolino.

I'm Veronese and in the ?Covid era? we decided to spend the holiday close to home. Well-kept location and in absolute privacy with respect to the surrounding houses. Well-kept garden and well exposed to the sun. The structure offers the possibility of having 3 independent units as in addition to the main apartment there is a comfortable annex with two separate entrances. Excellent swimming pool and barbecue area. It was really a very pleasant surprise. A few steps from the house there are supermarkets and all the main services. Access to the structure is very convenient, it has an electric gate and offers ample internal parking for several cars. The garden is completely fenced so we were able to "free" our dog in serenity for the whole holiday. It is located in a strategic point to get close to visiting any location on Lake Garda in a day thanks to the ferries that depart from the nearby docks of Garda and Torri del Benaco. The owners, to whom I renew our thanks, are very kind and always available for any need. Really a super experience!
Sono Veronese ed in “epoca Covid” abbiamo deciso di trascorrere la vacanza vicino a casa.
Location curatissima ed in assoluta privacy rispetto alle abitazioni circostanti.
Giardino molto curato e ben esposto al sole.
La struttura offre volendo la possibilità di avere 3 unità indipendenti in quanto oltre all’appartamento principale è presente una comodissima depandance con due ingressi separati. Ottima la piscina e la zona barbecue.
È stata davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa.
A pochi passi dalla casa sono presenti supermercati e tutti i principali servizi. L’accesso alla struttura è molto comodo, dispone di cancello elettrico e offre un ampio parcheggio interno per più auto. Il giardino è completamente recintato quindi abbiamo potuto “liberare” In serenità il nostro cagnolino per tutta la vacanza. Si trova in un punto strategico per avvicinarsi a visitare in giornata qualsiasi località del Lago di Garda grazie anche ai traghetti che partono dai vicini attracchi di Garda e Torri del Benaco.
I proprietari, a cui rinnovo i nostri ringraziamenti, sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.
Davvero un’esperienza super!
