The area within the city walls is car-free, you need to walk to the house, but once you are installed you can walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the city center. You don't need a car at all. If you do have a car, there's a parking space for a medium car included at 400m of the house.



You enter the house through the little terrace with exterior dining table and views of the beach and boulevard.
On the ground floor there's the living room with dining table.
Small renovated and fully equipped kitchen.


On the first floor there's the bedroom with one double bed. Totally renovated bathroom with shower.
 Nice views of the beach and town.



Tossa de Mar is a very nice small and quiet beach resort that attracts mainly families. 
Many watersport activities available and numerous quality restaurants.
