An entrance, a living-dining room with sofa bed and television, opening onto a large balcony overlooking the park and the sea.
A separate kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, electric hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate wc.
Private parking space.
We would like to point out that household linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels) is not provided.
Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of the stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is offered for an amount of €60 (to be specified at least 48 hours before arrival).
