The holiday apartments are on the ground floor or on the first floor and are part of a two-storey building. The owner lies in an apartment on the first floor. The apartments are near the centre of Levico, but nevertheless in a quiet location.

Outside all guests can share use of a garden, for enjoying holiday days outdoors.

The location of the holiday apartments enables you to get away from the stresses of everyday life and to enjoy the surrounding landscape. In just a few minutes you can get to the lakes Lago di Levico (about 2km away) and the larger Lago di Caldonazzo (about 5km). For skiing enthusiasts, in the winter months there are the ski pistes of the Panarotta resort (about 20km away). During the ski season it is also worth visiting the various weekly and Christmas markets. The famous Levico thermal baths and the centre of Levico are just a few minutes' walk away (about 1km). Therefore you can get to shops and public transport connections, as well as the train station, without a car. The nearest restaurant is only about 500 metres away. For arrivals by plane, Verona airport is about 120km from the holiday apartments.
This holiday apartment built in 2003 is on the ground floor and can accommodate a total of four people. It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with an adjoining living room. You enter into the kitchen with standard appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a dining table. There is a sofa in the adjoining living room. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a single bed. A fourth bed can be provided on request. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available.
