Lovely two-storey apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 2 adults + 2 children under 14 years age.

This flat, just a few steps from the centre of Ortisei, was partially renovated in 2021 and features a lovely garden and a private sauna with a small relax area and emotion shower.

On the ground floor, you enter the apartment through the garden. Here you find the charming living room with a central fireplace, and kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Descending to the basement, you will find access to the garage, a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a mini-relaxation area with an emotion shower, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bidet and a double room.

The private garden is located right in front of the house, and frames the driveway. It will allow you to enjoy the Dolomite sun in the warmer months.

The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The Cristina Hospitality offers a lovely flat with sauna and private garden, located just a few steps from the centre of Ortisei

Partially renovated in 2022, this lovely flat welcomes you with a pleasant Alpine-style décor.

It is located just over 300 metres from the start of the centre of Ortisei, and therefore also from the supermarket, newsagent, bars, restaurants and ski rental shops. The next bus and ski bus stop is approx. 500 metres from the house. The local football pitch is 50 metres from the house.

In summer, the location is ideal, as a few hundred metres away you can reach the Luis Trenker cycle path through Val Gardena. The Palmer playground is less than 400 metres from the house.

In winter, you can reach the various Dolomiti Superski lifts by ski bus. The Palmer children's ski camps, on the other hand, are less than 400 metres from the house.

The two highlights of this house are certainly the lovely private garden in front of the house, where you can relax under the Dolomite sun, and the Finnish sauna, complete with a small relaxation area with an emotion shower.

The flat is equipped with various comforts, such as a parking space in the garage, ski room, washing machine, wi-fi, linen and towels for free use.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
