The unit is the largest unit in Blind Pass with 2475 sq.ft. of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas and a large screened porch. We purchased the unit in March of 2015 and have completely renovated the unit including all new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new furniture, dishes and bedding. The unit is decorated in a bright beachy style with a combination of white washed cedar and solid coral walls, casual furnishings and all the amenities that you would want in a Beach house. Each of the bedrooms, the den and the living area all have flat screen wall mounted TV's. The TV in the living area is 54 inches. The large screened in porch has a dining table to accommodate 8 for dinner or game time. There's lights and a fan on the porch so its great in the evening as well. Our building is the closest to the path to the Bowman's Beach which was named one of the 10 best beaches in the world by US News Travel in 2013. To get to the beach you walk 0.2 mile down a dirt path and over a wooden footbridge over the bayou. For your beach days the unit is equipped with 8 beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, a large rolling cart and plenty of beach toys. Make sure you take and extra container to collect shells as the shelling is some of the best on Sanibel.
There are 108 condos at Blind Pass and the complex has a large swimming pool complete with lounge chairs, 2 tennis courts and 5 gas grills for your use.

The canoe's and kayaks are not available, however, you may rent seperately through an on-Island vendor
