The community is situated on US 192, that gives easy access to major Florida highways (Hwy. 429, I-4, and US 27). Great location to explore all the surroundings, such as restaurants & bars, shopping malls, nature trails and conservation areas, vineyards, and the world-famous attraction parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Fun Spot, Legoland, Kennedy Space Center, and much more fun!

Guest can enjoy having great times on this integrated dining/living room w/ Sleeping Sofa and preparing delicious plates on the modern full-stocked kitchen. All is facing the screened patio with a spa and sitting area. The main level also features a half bathroom and laundry area with Washer and Dryer.
The upper floor features two bedrooms consisting of the Master Bedroom with a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two TwinSize beds and en-suite bathroom.
