The 1st floor includes a family room with a freestanding gas fireplace and a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace, a 3/4 bath, and french doors that access a balcony with mountain views. The 3rd floor includes one bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds, another bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds plus an adjoining balcony, and a master bedroom with 1-queen bed, its own private balcony, and 1-full bath. Just outside the main floor is a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided) and a private HOT TUB! This vacation property will sleep 6 to 10-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Rates for family Cabin 47 range from $269.00 to $439.00 per night, and from $1614.00 to $3073.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from $594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
