The apartment has been completely renovated with electrical and water system to meet today's standards. Equipped with wifi h24 since this year, it has also been equipped with an AIR CONDITIONING inverter (hot/cold).
It has a large veranda to the east furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, with a splendid view of the gulf; in particular you can see the extreme southern tip: "Goloritzè", a well-known emerald-bottomed beach and a climbers' paradise for its 144-meter monolith, which can be reached by boat or from one of the inland villages.
To the west there is another small veranda with a wooden canopy and a view of the mountain, where you can take advantage of the warm afternoon sun until sunset.
In the small garden beyond the outdoor shower there is a barbecue for tasty grills.
All the apartment facilities are brand new, from the bathroom also complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine, to the kitchen, to the outdoor shower. New beds, wooden slatted bed frames and very comfortable mattresses plus carefully selected furnishings, from the curtains to the upholstery and easy-cleaning furniture.
In the brand new kitchen there is a cooktop, stove, and sink; there is also a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a ventilated oven, and all the cooking utensils you need to be able to cook independently at home.
In the bathroom hot and cold water is available all day, as well as in the outdoor shower.
Very bright, it is located in a quiet area of the small village of Cala Gonone, away from the crowds but still close to the sea which is about 400 meters away and surrounded by free parking all around.
L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato con impianto elettrico e idrico a norma.Dotato di wifi h24 da quest'anno è stato anche dotato di ARIA CONDIZIONATA inverter (caldo/freddo).Ha un'ampia veranda a est arredata con tavolo, sedie e sdraio, con splendida vista sul golfo; si vede in particolare l'estrema punta a sud :"Goloritzè" , nota spiaggia dai fondali smeraldo e paradiso dei climbers per il suo monolite di 144 mt., raggiungibile in battello o da uno dei paesi dell'entroterra. A ovest un'altra piccola veranda con tettoia in legno e vista sulla montagna, consente di beneficiare del caldo sole pomeridiano sino al tramonto.Nel piccolo giardino oltre la doccia esterna si trova il barbecue per gustose grigliate.Tutti i servizi dell'appartamento sono completamente nuovi, dal bagno completo anche di doccia,wc,bidet,lavandino e lavatrice, alla cucina, alla doccia esterna ad uso esclusivo del piano mansarda. I letti nuovi e con reti a doghe di legno e materassi comodissimi, completano tutto l'arredamento curato anche nei particolari:dai tendaggi ai rivestimenti , al mobilio che garantiscono la possibilità di un'accurata pulizia. Nella cucina, nuovissima, con piano cottura, fornelli e lavandino ; si trovano oltre al frigo con congelatore anche la lavastoviglie, il forno ventilato, e tutti gli utensili da cucina per poter cucinare autonomamente in casa. Nel bagno è disponibile tutto il giorno acqua calda e fredda , così come nella doccia esterna .Non mancano phoon e ferro da stiro con relativo asse, biancheria per i letti e per il bagno. Luminosissimo è situato in una tranquilla zona del piccolo villaggio di Cala Gonone, lontano dal caos seppur vicino al mare cui dista circa 400 mt. e circondato di parcheggi gratuiti tutt'intorno.

Our house is located in Cala Gonone seaside resort in the center of a fascinating coast that is renowned for the diversity of landscapes and the high cliffs, together with the turquoise of the water, the beautiful seabed, and the small white finely polished pebbles that characterize the most beautiful beaches in the south reachable by car, by sea or by long walks surrounded by totally unspoiled nature with the colors of the sea and the scents of the Mediterranean stretching for miles.
La nostra casa si trova a Cala Gonone località sul mare al centro di un affascinante costa colpisce per la diversità dei paesaggi e le altissime falesie che insieme al turchese dell'acqua,i bellissimi fondali,i piccoli e bianchi ciottoli finemente levigati caratterizzano le spiagge più belle verso sud raggiungibili in auto, via mare o attraverso lunghe camminate immersi in una natura del tutto incontaminata:per chilometri i colori del mare e i profumi della macchia mediterranea sono i veri protagonisti! Ma il privilegio di abitare nel villaggio di Cala Gonone,località marina del paese di Dorgali è che oltre alle bellissime spiagge a sud raggiungibili da Cala Gonone in auto o con i battelli, il paese confina con la costa a nord ;è infatti possibile raggiungere con facilità le spiagge di Cartoe e Osalla, Su Barone ecc.. fino alla splendida oasi di Bidderosa e Berchidda. Sono spiagge più o meno grandi fatte di interminabili arenili di sabbia finissima e mare color smeraldo che non dimenticherete più!

You arrive in the town of Dorgali by driving along the 131 highway that connects it to all major ports and airports, and then through a short tunnel to the Cala Gonone marina.
Si arriva nel paese di Dorgali percorrendo la superstrada 131 che lo collega a tutti i principali porti e aeroporti, e da questo si percorre un breve tunnel che porta alla marina di Cala Gonone.
La casa pur vicino alla strada principale e al centro del villaggio, si trova nella parte alta, non a contatto con il più caotico lungomare e consente in quanto tale, di parcheggiare comodamente e riposare in tutta tranquillità.
