Winter - Summer: To rent: charming studio in the center of the resort, near the cable cars, located on the 3rd floor with 2 lifts. It includes an entrance hall, fitted kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker Senseo, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge), bathroom redone (see photos), a living room with TV, pullout sofa bed, a cabin with bunk beds three places, and finally a balcony facing southeast. Ski storage on the ground floor.
In summer, your children will not get bored with the dynamism of the Tourist Office and its partners. Charmant studio de l'immeuble Mélezets 1, au centre de la station,
au 3ème étage avec double-ascenseurs. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Salle de bain REFAITE (
voir photos ). Frigo, lave-vaisselle et télé récents ( 2018 ), salon, canapé lit-gigogne double, Coin cabine fermé avec 3 lits
superposés ), balcon exposé sud-est. Local à skis uniquement, au RDC ( Snowboards et autres OK sur balcon ). Wifi
partout sur la station, voir office du tourisme pour tarifs ( OT ). Si vous êtes à plusieurs familles,
je vous mettrai en relation avec mon agence qui pourra selon les possibilités vous trouver un ou des logements proche du mien.

In winter, an ice rink, a Sherpa supermarket, an ATM, a snack, the tourist office (EO), the French ski school, are close to the building.

In summer, the ice rink is replaced by the rope park. You will not choose our studio for the mountain view (cf pictures) but for the silence, and its beautiful bathroom (cf pictures)
L'hiver, une patinoire, une supérette, un distributeur de billets, un restaurant, un snack, l'office du tourisme ( OT ), l'école de ski français, se situent au pied de l'immeuble. L'été, la patinoire est remplacée par le parc accro-ludique et un mini terrain de cross pour les petits. Vous ne choisirez pas notre studio pour la vue sur la montagne ( voir photos ) mais plutôt pour le calme et pour sa belle salle de bain ( voir photos )

Déroulement de l'accueil :

à partir de 16h jusque 18 h avec remise des clefs, de l’inventaire et fiche accueil, du plan de la station, du programme d’animation, plus récupération du chèque de caution, et de la taxe de séjour.

Déroulement du départ :

Réception des clefs pour 10h maximum, contrôle et état des lieux de chaque appartement. Si dégradation dans l' appartement, un dédommagement sera demandé

Lou'Services vous contactera 10 jours avant votre séjour afin de finaliser les formalités d’accueil.

Vous devrez rendre l’appartement dans l’état où vous l'avez trouvé et remettre à sa place le mobilier.
