A King Suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private porch access is also located on the first floor. A full, en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo services the King Suite.
The second floor hosts two additional suites and the home's laundry room. The second floor King Suite has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The home's luxurious Master Suite has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The Master Bath is complete with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a stand-alone shower.
The third floor is dedicated to the home's bunk room. Three sets of twin bunks sleep 6, while a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge service the room. The bunk room also has its own balcony overlooking the community.
