The villa is conveniently situated just a short drive away from Disney World and all the other major theme parks in the Orlando area of Florida. What's more, we are less than 2 miles from the exciting "Highway 192? and a little further "International Drive" where you'll find all the shopping and restaurants you will ever need on your dream holiday in the 'Sunshine State' of America.
Our family villa sleeps 8 people and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, situated in a quiet residential area yet only minutes to all area attractions.
We are pleased to welcome guests who will treat our villa with the care and respect they would afford their own home.
Due to health and safety reasons, and the consideration of other guests, please note this is a non smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
The villa is fully licensed and meets all safety regulations.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
Pool heat is extra. Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.
