Holiday villa in Algarve, Vila Mariais a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living room with air conditioning and dining area and sliding doors leading directly to the garden and a large terrace with the pool of 7 × 5 meters with outdoor shower.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, closet, ceiling fan and small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a spacious (90x200cm) bunk bed for 2 persons. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and two sinks. Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, is very large and has air conditioning and ceiling fan, own TV, closets, fine wood stove for romantic winter evenings and a double bed that is electrically adjustable. Private en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double washbasin. Sliding doors to the large garden.
Cozy kitchen with equipment. There is also a barn with firewood, extra fridge, freezer, washing machines, and in the double garage you can park your car, although there is a lot of space on the property to do that elsewhere.

The villa is wonderfully private and quiet and yet not isolated. With beautiful illuminated ramps (75m) along stately palm trees and Oleander bushes.
Only 800m from the wonderful sandy beach of Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and a few minutes by car from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha, Praia da Albandeira and Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, a cozy fishing village with sandy beach and many restaurants, shops and cafes. There are also several restaurants in Benagil, at a 4 minute drive.
De villa ligt heerlijk privé en rustig en toch niet afgelegen. Met mooie verlichte toerit (75m) langs statige palmbomen en Oleanderstruiken.
Op slechts 800m van het heerlijke zandstrand van Benagil en Praia do Carvalho en op enkele minuten per auto van andere, grotere stranden zoals Praia da Marinha, Praia da Albandeira en Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, het gezellige vissersdorp met zandstrand en vele restaurants, winkeltjes en café’s. Ook in Benagil, op 4 minuten rijden, zijn er diverse restaurants die u een heerlijke dis kunnen opdienen en veelal met uitzicht op zee.Vila Maria is slechts 45 autominuten verwijderd van vliegveld Faro en is centraal gelegen; de dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan (weliswaar par 3 en 9 holes) ligt op 2 minuten rijden en de golfcourses van Gramacho en Pestana bereikt u in 5 minuten meer. Ook voor de kids is er volop vertier in de directe nabijheid; boottripjes langs de grotten, waterparken in Estombar en Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia waar ook de Crazy World minigolf en kartbaan is.
