The apartment is on the ground floor of a closed and secure residence with PARKING and automatic gate.

It consists of:

- an air-conditioned room (bed 160),

- a living room with Rapido convertible sofa (comfortable bed in 140)

- a real kitchen perfectly equipped with all the necessary appliances,

- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

- a large TERRACE (30 m2) outside furnished with a comfortable living room, a dining area and an outdoor shower.

- Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture pour les courses et sortie restaurant, tout se fait à pied.
