appartamento ubicato al lido di alghero a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, fornito di portoncino blindato, condizionatore dal costo di € 5 al giorno escluso dalle tariffe ,vicino a spiaggia libera e con stabilimenti balneari e diving, con tutti i servizi. Nelle vie principali del lido e nella spiaggia sono ubicati ristoranti, pizzerie e il centro commerciale nella via parallela . Senza alcuna neccessità di utilizzare l'autovettura. Sempre nella via principale a fianco alla spiaggia c'è la pista ciclabile che in due minuti vi porta al centro storico di alghero e nelle spiagge libere di tutto il litorale che è di 6 km ( nell'appartamento è presente ombrellone e sdrai ). il lungomare è animato da piccoli chioschetti con musica dal vivo e ristoranti in spiaggia con vista della citta di alghero.
Al porto vecchio ci sono servizi che portano alle piccole isole e grotte di nettuno; per l'interno trenini, bus e carrozze.
Inoltre sono presenti collegamenti frequenti con l'aeroporto tramite autobus e taxi (a 10 minuti). Nel prezzo non sono incluse le pulizie .
