Compass Bay is a gated community in the Kissimmee area that offers a relaxed ambience to its guests. It is situated in the intersection of Poinciana Blvd. and US-192 with easy access to Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Green Way and I-4. This means it is a short drive away from exploring all the Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, LegoLand, I-Drive shops and restaurants, the most recognizable shopping malls, and many other indoor and outdoor entertainment options.

The community features a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas for picnics or having BBQ's under the community's gazebo while the little ones can play in the tot lot. Enjoy the sun of Florida!

Splendidly decorated two-story townhome with a private courtyard and an open view to the playground; it is at walking distance from the community's swimming pool.

The main floor includes a half-bathroom and a great room where the living and dining area coexist with a modern kitchen, which includes a breakfast nook, where all guests can enjoy a movie on a HDTV 55 while preparing their favorite meals.

The master suite with a KingSize bed with HDTV 50 and en-suite bathroom has a view to the private courtyard, and next to it is the first bedroom with two TwinSize beds.

On the opposite side of the home, with an open view to the community playground is the second bedroom with two TwinSize beds, and a fourth bedroom with a QueenSize bed and 4KTV 50 and en-suite bathroom with soak tub. Along the hallway is the third bathroom with walk-in shower shared by the two TwinSize beds bedrooms, and also the washer/dryer area.
