The house is located in a prime location in the NW of Cape Coral, offering a wide range of activities such as golfing, sightseeing adventures, dining experiences, boating excursions, etc.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a TV with streaming as well as direct access to the pool area. The master bath features a shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom has access to the pool and can be used as a pool bathroom.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.
This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.
