Welcome to Waters Edge Resort on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Our luxury beach resort offers a tropical experience with the convenience of local activities, shopping, and dining. This exclusive resort is surrounded by tropical landscape and offers room to walk and relax within the property. A large, open courtyard is adjoins the expansive pool and lounging deck. Private and gated, these amenities are for guests only. A private boardwalk with showers makes beach cleanup a breeze. All reservations receive free beach service between March 1 and October 31. Two chairs and an umbrella are provided by the professional beach vendor daily.
Your family of six will be more than comfortable in this exquisite, upscale beach condominium. A large living area is perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, and adjoins both a private balcony and a fully supplied kitchen. Three bedrooms and two full baths provide plenty of space for a week or more at the beach.
The Full Kitchen is equipped with the latest in stainless appliances...dishes, silverware, and cookware are included. There are linens, towels, and a private washer / dryer for your convenience. Your reservation will include a complimentary starter supply of detergents and toiletries.
Three bedrooms provide space and privacy with a combination of two king beds and one bunk bed. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with an ocean view and balcony access. A private master bath offers double vanities and separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom features a second king bed and a third bedroom offers bunk beds for children. Smart TVs in each room, as well as free WiFi throughout, provide streaming access for all devices.
The balcony is adorned with comfortable high chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. You will have a pool and beach view directly from your private balcony.
Your unit will be directly accessible from your parking space with a dedicated walkway from the third parking level. How convenient you will find this as you load and unload without the need of an elevator. Lower levels of parking will be covered, and are available to every guest staying at Waters Edge.
Enjoy a quick workout in the complex's centrally located exercise room, lounge around the largest gulf-front pool in the area or take a one minute walk to the white sandy beach of Fort Walton.

All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.
