Completely remodeled from floor to ceiling, kitchen to bathrooms, this 7 bedroom 5 bath, 4,500 sq ft cabin has everything you need to create lasting memories with friends and family. Spacious with room to spread out, This home has both a family room and living room with 4K smart TVs, a game room with pool table and card table, and a separate dedicated movie room. All 7 bedrooms have been completely updated with new decor and furniture, including new quality mattresses. Bathrooms are stylish and contemporary. Located within walking distance to the lake and marinas, 2 miles to Snow Summit ski resort, and only 1 mile to the Village with numerous restaurants and shops, Dawn & Dusk is ideally located. ENTRY FLOOR: Walk through the front door into the spacious and cozy living room. Here you will find an updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and all the cooking tools and accessories needed to whip up a meal for the entire group. Play wall-sized Scrabble as you walk to the dining area, where two dining tables provide seating for ten, and your guests can converse or watch the large 65" Smart 4K TV across the living room. Open and bright, a sliding glass door in this living area leads to the back deck, where you get a view of the lake and towering Ponderosa pine trees. A new BBQ grill on the deck will help you grill up some tasty meats for the family. Four bedrooms and two full baths are on this level; one master with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and three with Queen Sized Beds and a shared guest bath.
DOWNSTAIRS: Follow the stairs down to another open living space where kids can gather to watch movies or play video games on the large couch and 65" HDTV. A large table provides a place to play board games or cards, or use as an additional dining area. Two bedrooms with King sized beds are located on this level; one is a full master with an ensuite bathroom. A separate bath on this floor is just across the hall from the second bedroom and has an oversized bathtub. There is also a large laundry/mudroom with a new washer and dryer, utility sink, and space to hang and store your outdoor gear.
UPSTAIRS: A flight of stairs leads from the main floor up to a large game room with a pool table and card/game table. The owners have provided a collection of board games that can be enjoyed by all ages. A dark and private movie room features theater-quality sound and director-style lounge chairs for relaxing with a movie or playing video games on the 70" 4K Smart TV and Playstation 4. One large bedroom is on this level, with three twin beds and plenty of room for kids or teens to play or hang out. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower.
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover's paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This home can accommodate 16 people but a maximum of 16 adults.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
