Brisa Chilches nº 5 is a semi-detached house in a very quiet urbanization of semi-detached houses facing the sea and on the beachfront, everything you need to make your stay a great experience.
The house has four bedrooms, two with single beds and two with double beds, one of them being on the ground floor and the other three on the upper floor. In addition, it has a beautiful spacious sofa-bed on the ground floor. On the third floor you will find a roof terrace / solarium with beautiful views of the sea and a chill-out area, as well as a terrace with a built-in barbecue and outdoor tables, on the ground floor. It also has a fireplace.
Likewise, it is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, clothesline, kitchen utensils, pans and pots, Dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer ... It has a toilet on the ground floor, and two bathrooms on the upper floor with a bathtub and shower.
We have the Ozone cleaning service that allows us a complete disinfection in a short time. All our apartments are sterilized before check-in and after check-out.
