## Space
The flat comprises a spacious living room with sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 and 160x200) and a "RAPIDO" 140x200 sofa bed in the living room.
A washing machine is available in the separate WC.
The 300m² private garden and terrace face west, so you can make the most of our beautiful Mediterranean climate.
A large gas barbecue is available on the terrace.

The property has a large garden where you can park your car. A second private parking space is also adjacent to the property.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed and bath linen. If you prefer to leave the preparation of your beds to us, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include a cleaning fee and a hoover and all the necessary cleaning materials are provided.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed fee of €100 inc VAT.
We categorically refuse groups of young people.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
