200 metres from Vardiola beach, reachable by a private path (easily reachable with a pushchair). The Vardiola beach is a sandy beach, mainly used by families from the Vardiola residence.

The garden of the house is fenced and has trees and a big lawn. You can enjoy it without disturbing the surrounding houses!
