Lovers of nature and calm, welcome to our bucolic farm with a holiday home (15 people) on a private 20,000 m² estate at an altitude of 600 m on the Col de Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines on the border between Alsace and the Vosges, halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar. You will be surrounded by the calm of nature, but not far from tourist attractions like the Alsacien wine route (Ribeauville, Riquewhir, Kaysersberg), the Haute-Koenigsburg castle, the monkey-mountain etc.

The holiday home consists of 2 adjoining units that are internally connected on the upper floor.
There is room for 15 people in 217 m² of living space:
• ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 living room - dining room with television, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC, 1 bedroom (bed 1.60); 1 kitchen / dining room, 1 living room with television, 1 bathroom with 2 showers and 1 bath and 1 toilet, 1 bedroom (160 bed)
• on the 1st floors: 2 bedrooms (2 x 180 cm beds), 1 large living room/bedroom (180 cm bed and 90 cm bed), 1 bathroom with bath and WC; 2 bedrooms (160 cm and 200 cm). A second table can be placed in one dining room to seeat 15 people.
2 outdoor terraces with dining tables and garden furniture and 2 barbecues
Sauna and outdoor whirlpool can be booked at 25€ extra/day.
Amoureux de la nature et du calme, bienvenues dans notre ferme bucolique avec une maison de vacances (15 personnes) sur un domaine de 20.000 m² privatif à 600 m d'altitude sur le Col de Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines a la frontière entre l Alsace et les Vosges, entre Strasbourg et Colmar, pas loin des sites touristiques comme la route du vin, Château Haute-Koenigsbourg, Montagne de Singe etc....

Ce gîte se compose de 2 gîtes mitoyens qui sont reliés à l'intérieur à l'étage supérieur.
Il y a la place pour 15 personnes sur 217 m² habitables :
• rez-de-chaussée : 1 cuisine, 1 salon - salle à manger avec télévision, 1 salle de bain avec douche, 1 WC, 1 chambre a coucher (lit 1,60) ; 1 cuisine / salle à manger, 1 salon avec télévision, 1 salle de bains avec 2 douches et 1 baignoire et 1 WC, 1 chambre à coucher (lit 160)
• aux 1ers étages : 2 chambres à coucher (2 lits 180), 1 grande séjour / chambre à coucher (lit 180 et lit 90), 1 salle de bain avec baignoire et WC ; 2 chambres à coucher (lit 160 et 200).
Une deuxième table peut également être placée dans l'une des salles à manger, de sorte qu'il y ait de la place pour 15 personnes.
2 terrasses extérieurs avec tables à manger et mobiliers du jardin et 2 barbecues.

La sauna et le whirlpool extérieur peuvent être réserves pour un supplément de 25€/jour pour la durée du séjour.

1 chien est autorisé sur demande ! Veuillez le rester en laisse dans la zone de la ferme ! (10€ par nuit)
