The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Barjac, this charming house in full nature with swimming pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate until 15 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 85 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². - A living room of 85 m² with a double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and American billiards
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A master bedroom: a queen-size bed (160×200), with an adjoining shower room with Italian shower, WC
- A separate toilet
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), a single bed
- Room 3 : a double bed (140x190)
- Room 4 : 2 bunk beds (4 beds)
- Room 5 : a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC
- A second bathroom with bath and WC

- A relaxation area
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 8x6m, open from May to September (the opening dates of the pool are not contractual).
- A beautiful garden of 2 000 m², not closed with deckchairs, garden furniture, playground for children
- A terrace of 100m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Barjac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc, the bamboo grove of Anduze, Nîmes and its monuments, the Pont du Gard, Avignon,
