Modern, bright, spacious, functional and very comfortable house, ideally located on the edge of the forest and 3 km from the beach. A haven of peace nestled in greenery without being isolated, allowing access to all the attractions of the Bay of Arcachon (beach, Dune du Pyla, market of La Teste de Buch, Cercle de Voile, shops, restaurants) by the cycle tracks.

Large saltwater swimming pool with child safety feature (roller shutter).

Very large living/dining room open to a large terrace with a view of the forest (not overlooked and very quiet).

Very well equipped open kitchen, laundry room.

6 bedrooms (2 master suites + 3 double bedrooms that can be split into 2 single beds + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
The good distribution of the rooms allows 2 or 3 families to live together while preserving their privacy.

Summer kitchen (with plancha, fridge, microwave etc).

Enclosed garden.

Very well equipped (electrical appliances, wifi, bluetooth speaker, 2 cots, high chair, BB deckchair, bikes, TV...). New bedding. Lots of storage space.

Possibility of a cleaning lady and baby-sitting during your stay.
