Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 6-room chalet that spans across three levels, covering a total area of 260 square meters. The spacious living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, with direct access to the balcony. The modern and tastefully furnished open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and additional capsules for the Nespresso machine, along with a raclette grill and fondue set for your enjoyment. The kitchen also features cable TV and an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the same level.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, sauna, and internet (WiFi) connectivity. The chalet offers reserved parking for two cars and a garage space for one car. Outdoor spaces include a terrace with a west-facing position, a garden with an east-facing position, and balconies with furniture, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and the valley.

The sleeping arrangements are distributed across the three levels. On the lower ground floor, you'll find one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and cable TV, with an exit leading to the east-facing garden. There are two additional rooms, each equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and cable TV, with access to the north-facing balcony. The fourth room on this level features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the north-facing balcony. You'll also find a bath/WC and a shower/WC on this level. Moving up to the upper floor, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a shower, as well as an exit leading to the south-facing balcony. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and an extra bed is available only for a child.
