Villa "Ventalia" is located in a refined residence where there are about seventy villas, surrounded by nature. The residence is 150 metres from the beach where people can meet friends and enjoy themselves. There are umbrellas and deckchairs to rent. The villa is also near a pinewood where there is a wonderful perfume.
It has a kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, tableware,TV and sofa bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The villa has also a big garden with trees, shower, washbasin, barbecue and parking-place.

Villetta Ventalia è situata nel meraviglioso Salento (litorale ionico sabbioso), a Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento, località Fontanelle, in una posizione privilegiata, nel verde del Parco Naturale Regionale 'Litorale di Ugento', all' interno di un residence composto da circa 50 villini. Ristrutturata a febbraio 2019, dista appena 250m dalla spiaggia di sabbia e dalla pineta, risultando ideale per famiglie con bambini. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, camera matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello e bagno. Esternamente un ampio gazebo in legno consente di rilassarsi godendo della vista su 300 mq di giardino piantumato con oleandri, palme e profumati alberi di pino. Posto auto privato, doccia esterna, piccolo barbecue portatile, lavatrice, aria condizionata, zanzariere.

A comfortable and clean house, immersed in the green and walking distance to the beach, where we were able to bathe despite the weather there was a little betrayed.
We lived in serenity with our kids and our doberman accepted and pampered by owner Jenny.
The area is served by bars, supermarkets, horse riding and restaurants.
