A splendid view without overlooking neighbours, the apartment of 64 m2, orientated South East, is located at the foot of the ski slopes of Aussois. It offers a capacity of 6 people and enjoys a 3 * + rating. It comprises 3 bedrooms (one with a large balcony), a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC. Two ski lockers are available for the occupants.
Aussois is an authentic Savoyard village where tourism rhymes with quality of life and harmony. It is labeled "Famille Plus Montagne".
The Alpine area:
The ski area of 55km is located on the edge of the Vanoise National Park, and rises from 2750m to 1500m, or a difference in elevation of 1250m. A snow front is especially suitable for children and beginner skiers. A space is dedicated to children (toboggan runs, ESF snow garden, beginners' ski lifts, daycare, games, WC, terrace, entertainment...).
Handiskiing possible.
During your stay, the Eski-Mo package allows you to ski in each of the other ski areas in the Haute Maurienne valley: ValCenis, La Norma, Val Frejus, Bonneval. The connection between the stations is provided by a free shuttle. It is also possible to reach Val-Thorens ski resort and the 3 Vallées ski area by the Orelle cable car located 17 km from Aussois.

Cross-country skiing: 30km of hilly slopes in the forest and Nordic ski clearing.

Situé dans la résidence des Fleurs et offrant une vue splendide sans vis-à-vis l’appartement de 64 m2 , orienté Sud Est, est situé aux pieds des pistes de ski d’ Aussois.
Il offre une capacité de 6 personnes et bénéficie d’un classement 3*+ .
Il comprend 3 chambres (dont une avec un grand balcon), une salle de séjour avec une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain et des WC séparés.
À noter que le couchage en hauteur ne pas convient pas aux enfants de moins de 6 ans.
Deux casiers à ski sont à la disposition des occupants au même niveau que l'appartement.

Location linge et lit fait 25€ par personne.
La demande doit être faite en même temps que la demande de location.
La taxe de séjour, 9,45 par adulte, gratuite pour les enfants est ajoutée systématiquement au prix de la location.
Votre assurance habitation doit comprendre ex une clause "villégiature".
L'espace enfants est aux pied des pistes, en face de l'immeuble.
L'appartement dispose d'un équipement bébé (lit, baignoire, chaise haute etc..)
Le canapé n'est pas convertible.

Le domaine alpin :
Le domaine skiable de 55km est situé en bordure du Parc National de la Vanoise, il s’étage de 2750m à 1500m soit un dénivelé de 1250m. Ouverture du domaine skiable du 16 décembre 23 au 16 avril 24.
Sur le vaste front de neige, un espace est dédié aux enfants (pistes de luge, jardin des neiges ESF, téléskis débutants, garderie, jeux, toilettes, terrasse, animations...) ainsi qu'aux skieurs débutants.
Aussois pratique le handiski.
Le forfait ski alpin permet durant votre séjour de skier dans chacun des autres domaines skiables de la vallée de la haute Maurienne : Val Cenis, La Norma, Val Fréjus, Bonneval et un accès illimité aux domaines nordiques de Sardières, Bramans et Bessan. La liaison entre les stations est assurée par une navette gratuite.
Il est également possible d’accéder à la station de Val-Thorens et au domaine skiable des 3 Vallées par la télécabine d'Orelle située à 17 kms d'Aussois.
Le domaine nordique
Ski de fond : 30km de pistes vallonnées en forêt et en clairière de ski nordique.
Les autres activités :
Raquettes à neige et balades à pied, snowtubing, luge, piscine de détente, école de traîneau à chiens, boardercross (Boarder Cross Rail Park), snowpark, big air bag et stade de slalom en libre accès.
Baptême de l'air en parapente.
Via ferrata, cascades de glace.
Tyroliennes géantes.

The owner has thought of everything (tea towels, cleaning products, various dishes and consequently, good bedding, household appliances, linen, cleaning ...). Healthy and clean apartment. Parking space in front of the apartment. Splendid view.
Aussois is a very beautiful little village where everything is nearby. We did not use the car of the week. Lively village.
Small details: no WIFI and a double bed instead of two single beds, would be welcome for couples ....
We hope to return next year.
Everything you need is present such as the raclette, an electric oven, microwave, washer / dryer, spacious shower cabin.
Perfect, at 6, no worries, our stay was ideal.
Very pleasant and accommodating owner.
The apartment is at the foot of the slopes which is very convenient for skiing and is a few minutes walk from the pretty center of the village.

The bed bases are slatted with intermediate support mattresses to satisfy the greatest number.
If you are used to a very firm comfort the support of the bedding of the apartment can actually seem a little flexible.
