Nestled in the Mediterranean coastline with direct access to the sea this villa will make you feel like you've found peace at heart. Every evening you can relax and enjoy your holiday watching the sun disappear into the sea. This villa is an elegant traditional white building of southern Apulia. It is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants and traditional stone walls where you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
The villa has a large kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen, renovated in early 2021, is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The large traditional walls and the many windows overlooking the sea keep the house cool. The bedrooms are spacious with large wardrobes and the kitchen is fully equipped.
You will be able to spend relaxing hours on the shady sea view terrace - and in the evening watch the southern Italian sun as it slowly sinks into the Ionian Sea. Fresh fish prepared on your BBQ and a glass of white wine - accompanied by the sound of the waves right below you. Welcome to a memorable holiday!
There is no TV as this is the perfect place for a digital detox, but if you feel you're missing out not being connected you can always use the free WiFi.
Speaking about WiFi, this house is also ideal for remote workers and professionals. No need to use fake backgrounds in your video calls - once you are here, the sea behind you will make all your colleagues envious :-) We've hosted many remote workers so far and the quality of the WiFi connection is usually sufficient for all common office tasks; there are no traffic limitations.
Two fish restaurants are very close walking distance from the house. The closest sandy beach is around 2 km away; among the equipped beaches we recommend Cinque Vele, which is also ideal for families (approx. 10 minutes by car). The nearest supermarket is around 4 km away.
In the same property, but at some distance and separated by plants and trees, another villa is available with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. For larger groups both villas can accommodate up to 10-13 guests.
️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kW charged to guests was €0,42 on 29/08/2023, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kW will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
