Beautiful house, 50m from Lacanau Lake with a 650m2 fenced garden planted with trees. 30m2 terrace with a barbecue and a set of garden furniture (3 garden chairs available).
The house is made of a living-room, a dining-room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet and 4 bedrooms. In one of the 2 downstairs bedrooms there is a 120cm bed and in the other, there are 2 90cm beds and a chest of drawers. The other 2 bedrooms are are attic bedrooms with a common cupboard, a 140cm bed each and a chest of drawers.
Fully equipped kitchen: dish-washer, washing-machine, oven and micro-wave oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster and iron.
5 bicycles are available in the garage. 200m from the house there is a cycle path going through the woods to Lacanau Ocean.
Nearby there is an adventure playgroung for children.

La maison est composée de 7 pièces : salon , 4 chambres, salle à manger, cuisine, salle d'eau et wc indépendant.
Deux chambres au r.d.c, avec 1 lit en 140 dans l'une, et 2 lits en 90 dans l'autre. Chaque chambre possède une commode de rangement.
A l'étage, deux chambres mansardées comprennent chacune 1 lit en 140 et 1 commode, ainsi q'un placard de rangement commun dans le dégagement. De plus dans l'une des deux chambres se trouve un lit bébé.
Le salon / salle à manger est équipé d'un canapé d'angle, avec télévision TNT, une table avec rallonges pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Un grand buffet et un bahut avec tout le nécessaire de vaisselle.
La cuisine est équipée d'un lave vaisselle, gazinière avec four, réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, micro onde, grill pain, cafetière, fer à repasser, et placards avec ustensiles de cuisine.
Le jardin de 650 m2 est clôturé et arboré. Il comporte 2 grandes terrasses avec salons de jardin, barbecue, et au fond un abri de jardin.
Dans l'abri de jardin, se trouve un lave linge de 7kg, un aspirateur, une chaise bébé, 4 vélos, 3 chaises longues, un canöe kayak 3 places avec rames et gilets de sauvetage.
Pour information les draps peuvent être fournis moyennant un supplément et les lits sont équipés de protège matelas et de protège traversin changés à chaque location.

Nice place, beautiful lake, our little dog was conquered.
Canoeing kayaking has been delighting children next to the lake, I will recommend without problem
Only downside: the stairs, be careful, and no coffee maker (a Senso machine, but we do not know so we bought instant coffee)

Negative uncleanliness of the house was (especially oven and dishes were very dirty) and the bathroom and toilet had to be cleaned by us. The wheels were, except for one, all defective.

We had a very pleasant stay in a quiet place and very close to nature.
Complete set of equipment, comfort. The owners will enjoy a warm welcome.
The house is very nice, convenient for two families with children rooms just what space is needed, living rooms pleasant garden great for children, playground opposite is mostly very close to the position lake, great for kids.
Only downside: the staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms is quite steep -> vigilance and allocate rooms rather lower the more adventurous.
Another thing: the bunk beds have no barriers, we have allowed ourselves to put the mattress on the top floor (there goes smoothly) to sleep quieter :-)
