Ground floor: entrance hall, lounge / dining room / kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, fridge and freezer, double bedroom, separate toilet, bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine.
1st floor: one double room, two bedrooms with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Room with WC and sink.

Garden with barbecue. Parking inside the property.
