Luminous chalet located in a gorgeous pre-alpine landscape, 2 minutes from the center of the village and the "Bains de la Gruyère" (thermal baths). Facing south and 500m from the car cable for winter or summer activities (skiing, hiking, biking, tree climbing, paragliding ...).
- On the first floor: bathroom with shower and toilets, 1 bedroom with one bed, big living-room with a lounge space and an open kitchen, opening onto a long balcony leading to the garden, mezzanine, Swedish stove.
- On the second floor: 3 bedrooms of which 2 lead to another balcony oriented south, bathroom with bathtub and toilets.
- Garden: children's game area, ski hut, storage space, deckchairs and table available.
