Maison semi-mitoyenne vue mer à 30 de la digue et de la plage de sable. Quartier résidentiel, grands espaces, très verdoyant, sauvage et très calme. Un côté vue mer et l'autre la campagne.

On voit la mer du rez de chaussée et des 2 chambres côté mer. Terrasse vue mer.

La maison est très claire très ensoleillée grâce à la grande pièce traversante et à sa mezzanine donnant dans une verrière plein sud. Grandes baies vitrées qui donnent l'impression d'être en pleine nature.

Terrasse exposée plein sud bien abritée du vent. La deuxième terrasse est côté mer.

Concernant le chauffage :
La maison dispose d'une cheminée fermée à bois, de radiateurs électriques et tout récemment nous avons installé une climatisation réversible (pompe à chaleur) qui permet de chauffer la maison en hiver pour un coût 2 fois moins cher que pour un radiateur électrique, et qui peut refroidir la maison si besoin en été. Des travaux d'isolation ont été réalisés récemment. En hiver j'ai pour habitude d'offrir une partie de la consommation électrique.


Il est demandé en fin de séjour 40 euros pour le ménage (la cuisine doit être nettoyée par les locataires) + 7 euros (si nettoyage de la cheminée) + 5 euros si grille du barbecue . Concernant les locataires avec un chien le tarif est de 50 euros au lieu de 40 euros. Le ménage est obligatoirement effectué par notre femme de ménage depuis la Covid. Merci pour votre compréhension.
Il est demandé aux locataires de rapporter leurs draps (housses de couettes disponibles dans le gîte) et serviettes de toilette.
Si location, les draps sont donnés à l'accueil.
