Semi detached house with sea view, 30 meters from the sea front and the sandy beach. Residential area, open spaces, very green, wild and very quiet. One side of the house has the sea view and the other side has the countryside.
We see the sea from the 2 seaside bedrooms and also from the living room when standing.
The house is very bright and sunny, with a mezzanine overlooking a south facing window. Large windows that gives the impression of being surrounded by nature.

Maison semi-mitoyenne vue mer à 30 de la digue et de la plage de sable. Quartier résidentiel, grands espaces, très verdoyant, sauvage et très calme. Un côté vue mer et l'autre la campagne.
On voit la mer du rez de chaussée et des 2 chambres côté mer. Terrasse vue mer.
La maison est très claire très ensoleillée grâce à la grande pièce traversante et à sa mezzanine donnant dans une verrière plein sud. Grandes baies vitrées qui donnent l'impression d'être en pleine nature.
Salon avec un insert à bois.
Cuisine américaine donnant sur une terrasse.
Terrasse exposée plein sud bien abritée du vent. La deuxième terrasse est côté mer.
Salon de jardin en bois, chaises longues dans le jardin fleuri et barbecue fixe.
Salle de bain avec douche américaine au rez-de-chaussée, exposition sud.
W.C. séparé au rez-de-chaussée et un W.C. à l'étage. (dans un coin de la petite chambre).
Mezzanine donnant dans la salle de séjour ce qui apporte beaucoup de clarté à la pièce.
2 chambres avec un grand lit :
- la première chambre lit de 140 x 190
- la deuxième chambre lit de 160 x 200
Une chambre d'enfant avec un lit de 90 x 190
Une arrière cuisine pour rangement avec lave-linge, frigidaire (avec une petit congélateur), un micro-onde.
Place de parking sur le terrain de la maison.
Les commerces se trouvent à 300m de la maison.

Concernant le chauffage :
La maison dispose d'une cheminée fermée à bois, de radiateurs électriques et tout récemment nous avons installé une climatisation réversible (pompe à chaleur) qui permet de chauffer la maison en hiver pour un coût 2 fois moins cher que pour un radiateur électrique, et qui peut refroidir la maison si besoin en été. Des travaux d'isolation ont été réalisés récemment. En hiver j'ai pour habitude d'offrir une partie de la consommation électrique.
Il est demandé en fin de séjour 40 euros pour le ménage (la cuisine doit être nettoyée par les locataires) + 7 euros (si nettoyage de la cheminée) + 5 euros si grille du barbecue . Concernant les locataires avec un chien le tarif est de 50 euros au lieu de 40 euros. Le ménage est obligatoirement effectué par notre femme de ménage depuis la Covid. Merci pour votre compréhension.
Il est demandé aux locataires de rapporter leurs draps (housses de couettes disponibles dans le gîte) et serviettes de toilette.
Si location, les draps sont donnés à l'accueil.
On accepte sur demande un chien (-10 kg 50 euros + de 10 kg 70 euros la semaine)

The location is perfect, very quiet but close to the center of the village and a stone's throw from the sea wall and the beach, magnificent! Sea view on one side, trees and garden on the other. The heating system proved to be economical and efficient. We will come back with pleasure!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by your power consumption!
It is for this reason that at this time of year I have deducted 50 euros from your electricity price to be paid. However the insulation of the house has just been redone ..... Good for you.

Somewhat steep stairs, possibly not so suitable for older people, soil quickly becomes sandy due to the proximity to the beach and the sand in the garden, toilet in a very small room.
