Excellent beds and a good stay.
We were five people and really appreciated the comfort and the location of the apartment.
Close to all shops and ski slopes
Very satisfied with this apartment
The rental is located close to the slopes and near the shops (grocery, bakery, butchers, etc.) Access is quite easy by road to transport luggage.
Back to ski and parking nearby
Very close to the piste access, top too.
Apartment close to amenities and well placed in the station.
Only downside, the stairs to reach the floor is a bit steep for an elderly person or a young child.
No view of the tracks must be skier.
Good stay for the following
It is very well equipped and spacious for the recommended occupancy.
The residence is well maintained, but the exterior photo of the home is not exactly hire; it does not have a view of the slopes.

I am responding to your email of 04/19 at 1:28 p.m. concerning the negative opinion 42448333 concerning my rental 1761 relating to the following points:
- Deadline for return of the deposit not respected
- Rental can be dangerous for young children and/or the elderly
- Sometimes insufficient cleaning on arrival
Know first of all that no complaint or negative opinion in 15 years of rental (and 15 years with the Mediavacances site) has occurred. I display great transparency with my tenants, and make sure that everyone is happy every time. I'm almost there, but not this time, that's for sure (and yet I tried" with them too, and it took patience to deal with them...).
These are the worst tenants of this year and in recent years: elderly people who were upset only 3 days before the rental, when they wanted to cancel, I do not reimburse the rental (and it was agreed like that from the beginning). As a result, they came anyway and were infernal to me, like the local agency that delivers the keys to them on the spot, and who complained to me about it.also.
-> I returned the deposit after 1 month (as stipulated in the contract); even if they found it long, it was contractual
-> there is a bunk bed in the apartment with a notice indicating that it is not intended for children; moreover, I provide them with the explanations before confirming the rental. They were 3 adults, with no children present for the stay and there are indeed 3 non-bunk beds in the apartment (in addition to the potential sofa bed).
- they complained about the cleaning: I reimbursed them for 1 cleaning without discussing
In short, embittered people, bad times, who did everything they could to overcome their frustration at not having been reimbursed for the entire stay, by wanting to cancel 3 days before the stay. they tried everything they could to fill their frustration, quite badly.

- Ménage parfois insuffisant à l'arrivée
Sachez tout d'abord qu'aucune plainte ou avis négatif en 15 ans de location (et 15 ans avec le site Mediavacances) n' a eu lieu. J'affiche une très grande transparence auprès de mes locataires, et fait en sorte que tout le monde soit content à chaque fois. J'y arrive presque, mais pas cette fois, c'est clair (et pourtant j'ai essayé" avec eux aussi, et il a fallu de la patience pour traiter avec eux...).
Il s'agit des pires locataires de cette année et de ces dernières années: des personnes âgées qui ont été vexées qu'à 3 jours de la location, alors,qu'ils ont voulus annuler,je ne leur rembourse pas la location (et c'était convenu comme cela depuis le début). Résultat ils sont venus quand même et ont été infernal auprès de moi, comme de l'agence locale qui leur délivre les clés sur place, et qui s'en est plaint auprès de moi également.
-> j'ai renvoyé la caution au bout de 1 mois (comme cela est stipulé dans le contrat); même si ils ont trouvés cela long, c'était contractuel
-> il y a un lit superposé dans l'appartement avec une mention signalant que cela n'est pas destiné aux enfants; de plus je leur fournis les explications avant de confirmer la location. Ils étaient 3 adultes, sans enfants présent pour le séjour et il y a bien 3 lit non superposés dans l'appartement (en plus du canapé lit potentiel).
- ils se sont plaint du ménage: je leur ai remboursé 1 ménage sans discuter
Bref, des gens aigris, de mauvaises fois, qui ont fait tout ce qu'ils ont pu pour combler leur frustration de n'avoir pas été remboursé de la totalité du séjour, en voulant annuler 3 jours avant le séjour. ils ont cherché tout ce qu'ils ont pu pour combler leur frustration, quite à en être de mauvaise fois.
