It is true that this is not an isolated dwelling, but a double dwelling inside of a very old house.
There are three locked doors in the apartment for rental, one to a private wine cellar with personal belongings of the owners and two other doors that communicate with the other housing which is also on two levels. These gates are always closed.
There is also indeed two views overlooking the leased premises.
The window of a bedroom, gives over the outside terrace where a dining table. The terrace is covered by a steel pergola and fabric so no eye contact is possible, unless the tenant wants to withdraw himself sails.
The terrace of the other housing is on the opposite side of the house.

Il y a trois portes fermées à clé dans l'appartement en location, une vers une cave à vin privée avec les affaires personnelles des propriétaires et deux autres portes qui communiquent avec l'autre logement qui est aussi sur deux niveaux. Ces portes sont toujours fermées.
Il y a en effet aussi deux points de vue qui surplombent les lieux loués.
La fenêtre d'une chambre à coucher, donne au-dessus de la terrasse extérieure où se trouve une table à manger. La terrasse est couverte par une pergola en acier et tissu donc aucun contact visuel est possible, à moins que le locataire veuille lui même retirer les voiles.
La terrasse de l'autre logement est sur le coté opposé de la maison.
La vue surplombe en effet la piscine à une distance d'une dizaine de mètres en plan et d'une de huit mètres en hauteur.
Ces possibles contacts visuels sont pratiquement théoriques car l'appartement mitoyen est occupé par ma seule soeur qui est veuve et occasionnellement par sa fille.
Toutes les deux travaillent , ma soeur part à 9h30 du matin et rentre à 18h00.
Pendant le séjour des plaignants ma soeur m'assure ne les avoir jamais vu dans la piscine ni à son départ ni à sa rentrée.
Finalement concernant les transats, il y en a comme au descriptif que nous joignons, deux transats avec matelas, deux chaises longues, deux fauteuils avec repose pied et deux fauteuils pliants, en plus d'une surface engazonnée.
Nous croyons donc les plaintes injustifiées.
