Just 5 minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and top Glenelg tourist attractions. Adelaide Airport is a just a 10-15 minute drive away. Sleeping up to 7 persons, the apartment is located at the back of the building upstairs (first/top floor), & includes extra large lounge suite and kitchen/dining.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained for an older style apartment, it is located on the back first floor of a quiet block of 6. This large family sized apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen and 4 Single beds, optional trundle bed and cot available at a fee of $35. Apartment can sleep up to 7 persons with trundle included. This is a no frills apartment perfect for those on a budget.

Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the common area numbered car parking and Laundry room located at the back of the building, which includes coin operated washer and dryer. Wifi is available, but some data limitations apply which may slow the speed.

Besides being 5 minutes walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!

Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. If you book for 7 and you require use of the trundle, please let us know at tthe time of booking. There is a $35 to have this setup with bedding provided.

For extended stays over 15+ nights, mid-stay or fortnightly servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur

The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 2.3 metres. Most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit, and roof racks can generally be accommodated in this carspace only. Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but not directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed.
