Bellissima villa, totalmente recintata, con ingresso da strada privata, unica per comfort in Gallipoli, a circa 850 mt dalle spiagge che precedono Baia Verde , dove inizia l'area pedonale dedicata ai bagnanti; la villa è composta da un nucleo centrale, con 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni di cui uno in camera e l'altro con idromassaggio, cucina abitabile, ampia sala pranzo con divano e tv color, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. La struttura è dotata di giardino, schermato da alti alberi, dotato di zone relax, aree ombreggiate, forno esterno.
La villa dispone inoltre di una splendida mini-piscina per 2/4 pax idromassaggio e con getto per la cura della cervicale.
