Luxurious 200m2 chalet on the slopes

Completely refurbished while preserving the cachet of the old, it is equipped for us, as a real house to live.
being semi-detached and having a large private and snow-cleared car park (4/5 cars), it has no opposite and is directly on the blue slopes Colchique and Mélèze. The departure and arrival are directly on skis, you can't be closer to the slopes.
Nous mettons à la location quelques semaines par an seulement notre luxueux chalet familial de vacances.
D'une surface totale de 200m2 (10 couchages), il comprend: 3 chambres doubles, 1 dortoir 4 lits, 3 salles de bain, 3 WC, 1 chaufferie/buanderie, 1 local à ski et 2 salons dont une grande pièce à vivre de 70 m2 ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée (dont machine nespresso, appareils raclette/fondue, moule gaufres, etc...).
Totalement réhabilité en conservant le cachet de l'ancien, il est équipé pour nous, comme une vraie maison à vivre.
Exposé plein sud, il est situé au début de l’ancien hameau d'alpage Tignes Les Boisses (juste au dessus de Tignes 1800, 5 minutes à pied par sentier) donc tout en étant mitoyen et disposant d’un grand parking privé et déneigé (4/5 voitures), il n'a aucun vis-à-vis et est directement sur les pistes bleues Colchique et Mélèze. Le départ et l’arrivée se fait directement à ski, on ne peut pas être plus près des pistes.
Quelques commerces de proximité (supérette, boulangerie, location skis, bars, restaurants) ainsi que les écoles de ski se trouvent à Tignes 1800 et il y a également une navette gratuite toutes les 30 minutes pour Tignes Le lac.
