Chalet situé à l'entrée du centre ville de Super-Besse, de 75 m2 sur terrain de 600 m, à 0,3 km des commerces et 0,5 km des pistes de ski (85 km de pistes de 1350 à 1886 m, accès possible par les pistes à la station du Mont-Dore). Séjour avec cuisine américaine équipée (30 m2) et belle terrasse (possibilité de manger dehors quand il fait beau), exposition sud, 4 chambres de 7 à 10 m (3 lits 140 et 1 lits 90), salle d'eau, WC indépendant et local à ski.
Grand sous sol avec accès en été par le jardin, possibilité d'y stocker des vélos par exemple. Table de jardin, barbecue, chaises longues disponibles au sous sol.
Equipements divers à disposition dans le chalet : Télévision, Lave-vaisselle, Lave-linge, Four, Micro-ondes, bouilloire, machine à café filtres, matériels Bébé (lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire, matelas à langer...).
